What doctors love about working in Inverell
The staff are friendly, supportive, and collaborative. The hospital management and staff have cultivated a solution focused culture and are invested in continually improving the department and the care we provide to our patients. I feel appreciated by patients and truly believe my presence makes a difference in their lives. Coordinating care with specialist teams at referral centres saves patients unnecessary transfers and allows them to receive care close to home. Starting gold standard care locally for critically unwell patients and giving them the same chance of recovery as in a tertiary ED is incredibly fulfilling. – Dr Joel Kiburi.
