This clinic is located in a purpose-built practice in a beautiful town in the northern rivers region of NSW. They have been established for over 10 years and have a loyal patient base and professional rooms that can accommodate 6 GPs plus Allied Health and Pathology.
They are fully accredited with he RACGP and committed to bringing comprehensive quality care to their patients. The practice currently has three general practitioners, one registrar and one PEP GP, along with two registered practice nurses.
Location
Located in the rural northern NSW town of Casino, often regarded as the Beef Capital of Australia, it is surrounded by beautiful beef and dairy farms as well as accessible National Parks. The Richmond River runs through the centre of the town with platypus regularly seen; a sure sign of the pristine quality of the water.
Casino is 30km from Lismore and 45 minutes to the nearest beach, 140km to the Gold Coast and 75km to Byron Bay, so opportunities are endless for fun and travel on the weekends.
Casino is a town of 12,000 people with an outlying rural population of 16-18,000.
We are looking for a full time GP to replace a doctor with full patient load.
Computerised, fully accredited practice with mixed billing, practice nurse, VMO position possible in Casino/Lismore Base Hospital (optional).
Opening hours are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.h
